縁EN - The Suites is the perfect country getaway in the heart of Furano Valley. With surrounding views of the mountains and Furano's farmland, you can enjoy the colours and produce of each season.
Eugenia and Nick created 縁EN, which was inspired by our environment and our love for Hokkaido. 縁EN translates as destiny, connection, a chance meeting. After 15 years of holidaying in and exploring Hokkaido, we are so happy to now call Furano home. This feels like our destiny met.
With uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and the farm fields at our doorstep, we designed 縁EN so guests can connect with the charm and picturesque countryside of Furano. Once you cross the bridge and arrive at 縁EN, we want our guests to feel like they are leaving the hustle and bustle of their daily lives behind, decompress and truly experience the peace and quiet of countryside living.
Located just a stone's throw from the city centre, 縁EN is within walking distance to JR Furano Station and a wide range of local cafes, restaurants, bars, curry shops, artisan bakeries and dessert shops. For the winter season, the Furano Ski Resort is just a short drive away. When you stay at 縁EN, we share with our guests our personally compiled lists of our favourite restaurants and things to do in Furano and the area.

THE SUITES
縁EN offers two suite options:
The studio suite, 山吹 Yamabuki, sleeps up to 2 people.
The 2-bedroom suite, 茜 Akane, sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

- The suites have expansive views across the valley floor to the Daisetsu mountain range

In winter, 縁EN - The Suites is an ideal base for skiers and snowboarders looking to explore and make the most of the region's snow resorts. And in the green season, the surrounding areas from Furano to Biei to Asahidake have lots of attractions and activities to offer. Which is why we highly recommend a multi-day itinerary to really relax, take in the countryside and enjoy what the region has to offer.

Furano's food offerings
Furano and this central valley is known as the fruit and vegetable heart of Hokkaido. If you're a foodie like us here at 縁EN, you'll find there is no shortage of good local produce and dining options to enjoy. And this is another big reason why we love Furano and the area. From local fruits and vegetables like melons and asparagus, to local Furano wagyu and pork, to rich and delicious dairy products.

Furano and 縁EN access
Although having your own car is the most convenient way of getting around, there are multiple ways of getting to Furano and 縁EN.
For guests arriving to Furano by train or bus, we offer a complementary on arrival pick up and on departure drop off at the JR Furano Station.
And in winter, for guests without their own car, we provide a complementary ski shuttle to Furano Ski Resort's Kitanomine gondola station.
DOG FRIENDLY
縁EN - The Suites welcomes your fur babies! We love 4-legged guests and don't believe any family member should be left behind on vacation.
At 縁EN, we also understand how difficult it is to find accommodations that permit dogs, so both of our suites are dog friendly.
Please check out our pet rules to make sure both you and your fur baby are comfortable, and that our suites are a good fit for your family. On check-in, we will ask you to sign our "stay with pet agreement".
